Greek Basil

Being of Greek heritage, my family were all nagging me to order the small leaved Greek Basil. These are fantastic plants, great for the kitchen windowsill and very easy to take care of.

My personal recipes for Greek Basil include just drenching fresh tomatoes in olive oil and salt and chopped basil – and adding some feta – very simple.

I also make a mean minestrone – it wouldn’t be right without basil.
